In keeping with the concept of releasing vibrant colours for their watches, Hublot has unveiled a new set of timepieces in the Spirit of Big Bang collection, which taps into the latest trend of using pastel colours.
The new 39mm timepieces all live up to to the “Art of Fusion” concept that revolves around the Hublot watches, as they utilise timeless design and mechanics while also being very fashion foward. With the modern woman in mind, these timepieces were created for them to be able to express their style through very stylish pieces. Through the use of light blue and light pink pastel colours, the Spirit of Big Bang has a feminine look while also enriching the collection with two new beautiful colours.
The design of the latest collection brings together the elements that make up the iconic Spirit of Big Bang range, which includes the tonneau-shaped casing and the use of six H-shaped titanium screws, which come together to make up a “sandwich” case construction. This case design allows for a variety of materials and colour combinations, which Hublot have used to the full extent to bring the best out of the Spirit of Big Bang collection.
All available in 39mm casing, the new collection comes in either titanium or King Gold material casing, with the option of having either case in a satin-finished and polished ceramic pink or blue pastel colour. To match the casing, Hublot has also given each of the four variants either a beautiful Satin finished light blue dial or a pink sunray dial. Each of the four options also come with 50 diamonds being meticulously set around the bezel. If the new colours didn’t grab your attention, the added effect with the diamonds sure will.
Each model comes equipped with Hublot’s HUB1710 self-winding movement. The HUB1710 movement allows for the regular operation of the hour, minute and seconds hands, along with a date function at 6 o’clock position on the dial. The HUB1710 movement also gives out a modest power reserve of approximately 50 hours.
To match the casing and dial, Hublot has used a light blue or pink Alligator strap, with an inner layer of white rubber. Adding these new pastel blue and pink to their colour palette, Hublot has once again played with different colour schemes to get the full attention from the viewer.
