Furthering its Australian presence, the ever-iconic brand has opened doors to customers living in Western Australia.
Australia is a country undergoing a shocking level of growth. Places like Brisbane and Perth are slowly becoming bustling hotspots, contending with the likes of Sydney and Melbourne as idyllic tourist destinations. While Brisbane is slated to be the next Australian host of the Olympic Games, Perth has seen its fair share of Glory (no pun intended), with recent events like the UFC and WWE elevating the City of Light onto a global platform.
It seems, however, this expansion isn’t just events-based, as French jeweller and watchmaker Cartier expand Perth’s luxury scene by way of a new boutique! Set in the heritage-listed Fauldings Building on Murray Street, all 300 square metres of the boutique are set to welcome any and all Western Australians seeking the impeccable jewellery and watches that the Richemont brand has to offer.
With an interior designed by Paris-based architects Studio Parisien, the warmly illuminated atmosphere demonstrates a blend of Cartier’s French finesse and Western Australia’s dynamic spirit. The iconic Cartier panther, for example, takes precedence on the boutique’s signature feature wall. Made out of jacquard fabric, the panther overlooks a rugged terrain featuring the flora and fauna native to Wester Australia.
This new Cartier boutique – the fourth in the country and the first ever in Western Australia – not only positions the brand as a staple of the Australia luxury scene, but also helps to uplift Perth’s enthusiastic jewellery and watch communities. If you’re in the area, I highly advise you check it out!
“It is a pleasure to unveil the newest enhancement of the Cartier network in Australia, our vibrant Perth boutique. We believe the boutique’s showcase of creativity, craftsmanship, and savoir-faire with a distinctly Australian touch will inspire our clients to discover the Cartier universe. We look forward to welcoming our clients in Perth, and offering them a unique experience full of beauty.”
