As you walk into the boutique, one of the standout features is the central custom-made chandelier that pays homage to the CBD’s grid. The chandelier consists of 285 suspended forged textured glass panels in varying sizes, with each piece meticulously crafted to ensure precision and uniformity.
This chandelier, named ‘Temporal Grid,’ was designed by ILANEL, a Melbourne-based multidisciplinary designer specialising in bespoke luminaries and light-based installations. Other works of reference by ILANEL include those displayed at the Melbourne Design Fair and the National Gallery of Victoria Triennial.
