In this latest Celebrity Watch Spotting article, we look at the British model and her heavy-hitting watch collection!
Rosie Huntington-Whiteley, born in Devon, England, is well known for her modelling and acting careers. She was notably known for Victoria’s Secret role as one of their former “angles”. She debuted with the brand in 2006, before officially becoming an angel in November 2009 at the age of 22.
Huntington-Whiteley got her first big break in the modelling world in January 2004, when she went to New York to shoot for Teen Vogue. Since then, her modelling career has spiralled upwards, featuring for Victoria’s Secret and the likes of Godiva, GQ, British Vogue, etc. She has appeared on the covers of Harper’s Bazaar Russia, GQ UK, Love Magazine and also Vogue.
It doesn’t just stop there for her modelling career. Huntington-Whiteley has also received several awards for her modelling. In 2009, she won the Elle Style Awards; in 2011, she won the Glamour Awards and Guys Choice Awards; and again, in 2014, for Harper’s Bazaar Women of the Year; and in 2015, the Elle Style Awards.
With her modelling career running on high, she began to also indulge in acting. Her most prominent role came in 2010, when it was announced that Huntington-Whiteley would become the new female lead in the Transformers: Dark of the Moon movie. Her next major role would come in 2015, when she played the role of “Splendid Angharad” in Mad Max: Fury Road.
Having an illustrious modelling career has given Rosie Huntington-Whiteley an impeccable taste in fashion. Her first-rate taste in jewellery and watches can easily be seen through her luxury timepiece collection. While her collection only consists of a handful of watches, the timepieces themselves are all heavy-hitters.
Patek Philippe Nautilus 18K Rose Gold
Ref. 5711/1R-001
One of the best timepieces in her collection is the Patek Philippe Nautilus Ref 5711/1R. Arguably, it is one of her favourites, as it has been spotted on her wrist numerous times, and rightly so. It is a beautiful timepiece that complements her exceptional taste in jewellery and fashion.
The Patek Philippe Nautilus Ref. 5711/1R-001 is now a discontinued model. It comes with an 18k rose gold case and bracelet. Complementing the 18k rose gold is a chocolate dial with Patek Philippe’s signature Nautilus horizontal embossed pattern.

Rolex Cosmograph Daytona In Oystersteel
Ref. 116500
Huntington-Whiteley is also a fan of sports timepieces, which adds a bit of variation to the collection. Spotted on her wrist is the Rolex Cosmograph Daytona in Oystersteel. This is a discontinued model that was first introduced back in 2016. Rolex introduced this timepiece with a black Cerachrom ceramic bezel.
It features a 40mm oystersteel case, which the brand specially developed. Oystersteel belongs to the 904L steel family and provides a much higher resistance to corrosion than standard stainless steel. Another key ingredient of oyster steel is that it provides an exceptional finish once it’s polished, which on the Cosmograph Daytona looks stunning, especially with the contrasting black elements.

Rolex Datejust Steel Everose Gold
Ref. 126231
Seen on her Huntington-Whiteley’s wrist was another Rolex gem, this time the Datejust in two-tone steel and Everose gold. The 36mm model comes in an Oystersteel case with an Everose fluted bezel. The jubilee bracelet completes the two-tone picture, with the central polished links done in Everose. Another standout feature of Rosie’s particular timepiece is that the dial is mother-of-pearl, and features 10 diamond hour-indices in 18-carat gold settings.
Australian Retail Price: $25,400 AUD
Rolex Cosmograph Daytona 18K Yellow Gold
Ref. 126508
It clearly seems that Huntington-Whiteley is a big fan of the Daytona. Paired with her Oystersteel Cosmograph Daytona is this yellow gold reference 126508.
This precious metal version of the Daytona comes in an 18-carat yellow gold case with a matching 18-carat yellow gold bezel. Matching the case and bezel is a beautiful golden dial. The chronograph counters are done in contrasting black, which aligns well with the tachymeter markings on the bezel. The timepiece is presented on the 3-link Oyster bracelet.

Bvlgari Serpenti Tubogas BB 19 1T 18K Yellow Gold
Ref. WGPN0012
Arguably, the most unique timepiece in her collection is the Bvlgari Serpenti Tubogas in 18k yellow gold. Created with inspiration from, as the name suggests, a “serpent”, the timepiece falls into the brand’s longstanding Serpenti collection. In 2023, Bvulgari celebrated its 75th anniversary of the Serpenti collection and its iconic snake design!
The design for this type of watch can be traced all the way back to the Greek goddess of love and beauty, Aphrodite. She was often pictured with a snake bracelet. The first timepieces in Bvulgari’s Serpenti collection arrived in 1948, and they featured a bracelet-type design, or the now famous “Tubogas design.”
