The successor to pilot watches developed by Zenith, the Pilot Type 20 Chronograph Adventure has a military-inspired look that is powered by an El Primero column-wheel chronograph movement. The Zenith Pilot Type 20 Chronograph Adventure embodies reliability, comfort, robustness and easy readability.
The 45mm dial is given a very grained Khaki green look. Combine this with the bronze casing and it gives the Zenith Pilot Type 20 Chronograph Adventure a very urban yet modern feel. One thing to note is that the bronze casing over time will develop it’s own patina. The watch retains the iconic Zenith Pilot Arabic numerals, which with white colour makes readability of the dial easier.
The movement running the Zenith Pilot Type 20 Chronograph Adventure is the automatic El Primero 4069 calibre. With a power reserve of 50 hours, the El Primero 4069 calibre also allows the use of two counters on the dial. The first being the 30 minute counter at 3 o’clock and the second being the small seconds counter at the 9 o’clock position.
With the beautiful Khaki green dial, the watch brings added flavour to Zeniths Pilot watch range. To give it the full military look, the Zenith Pilot Type 20 Chronograph Adventure can be paired with the camouflage fabric strap with protective rubber lining or khaki green “Matrix” calfskin leather strap with protective rubber lining.
